All products available on this site are subject to availability. We will always try our best to alert you when items are going out of stock.
After placing an order with 18 AND EAST, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to payment and stock availability. We will confirm your order once your items have been dispatched.
5. Products on the site
Any photography, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any descriptions or illustrations contained on our website are published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the Products they describe. If you feel that our product descriptions and images are misleading in anyway do get in contact with us and we will do our best to rectify this.
We reserve the right to make any changes in the specification of the products which are required to conform with any applicable statutory or EC requirements or, which do not materially affect their quality or performance.

Our gorgeous vintage items are uploaded onto the site with as much information for you as possible. Our clothes are handpicked and cleaned to ensure that the item reaches you in a fantastic ready to wear condition. However, please keep in mind that due to the nature of vintage clothing, there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods. We inspect, photograph items and document item condition before shipping. We will do our best to alert you of all imperfections!
